Russellville is a college town with a unique mix of historical
culture and up-to-date technology. The Russellville Industry Council
has developed an alliance with The Professional Development Institute
at Arkansas Tech University, the
Russellville Adult Education Center, Area Vo-Tech, and the University
of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton.

RUSSELLVILLE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL
Russellville Industry Council
(RIC),is comprised of our area industry plant managers and human
resource managers. This group has identified the areas of
training that is most needed and developed curriculums to address
these areas. The RIC partners with local and state education
institutions and government agencies to provide the training.
This innovative relationship qualifies the industries for industrial
training reimbursements from the state, therefore, reducing the
training costs significantly.
All
of the training provided through the RIC is developed by the
industries using the training.
